My Original Panna

Ingredients

  • Heavy whipping cream

  • Pure Maple syrup

  • Cinnamon

  • Pure Vanilla Bean Powder

  • Nutmeg

  • Vanilla Bourbon Syrup

Method

  • Pour the cream into a mixing bowl.

  • Add maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla bean powder, nutmeg, and vanilla bourbon syrup.

  • Using a hand mixer, whip until the cream transforms (thick, airy, and holding soft, elegant peaks that stand on their own).

  • Serve immediately, or chill slightly for a more structured finish.

  • Optional to finish with a light dusting of cocoa powder or cinnamon just before serving.
