My Original Panna
Ingredients
Heavy whipping cream
Pure Maple syrup
Cinnamon
Pure Vanilla Bean Powder
Nutmeg
Vanilla Bourbon Syrup
Method
Pour the cream into a mixing bowl.
Add maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla bean powder, nutmeg, and vanilla bourbon syrup.
Using a hand mixer, whip until the cream transforms (thick, airy, and holding soft, elegant peaks that stand on their own).
Serve immediately, or chill slightly for a more structured finish.
Optional to finish with a light dusting of cocoa powder or cinnamon just before serving.
