  • 1 cup rice (I used Trader Joe’s Basmati Rice. You can use any to your preference).

  • 1 cup peas

  • 1 small onions (finely chopped)

  • Olive oil

  • Fresh Basil

  • Water or broth

  • Parmigiano Reggiano

  • Salt

  • Black Pepper

  • Optional: Butter
