Rosemary Lamb & Onions
Ingredients
Lamb on the bone
Olive oil
1 onion, sliced
Fresh rosemary
Salt
Black pepper
½ cup dry white wine
½ cup water
Method
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the lamb and sear on all sides until golden and lightly charred.
Pour in the white wine and let it cook off completely.
Add the sliced onions and rosemary.
Pour in the water, then season with salt and pepper.
Cover and let it cook down about 45 minutes, until the lamb is tender and the onions are soft
