Espresso Honey Panna

Ingredients

  • 1 pint of heavy whipping cream

  • 1-2 tsp of very fine espresso powder (I use Cafe Mauro)

  • ½ cup of honey

  • 1 tsp of vanilla bean powder

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • 1-3 tbsp of pure maple syrup

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.

  • Use a hand mixer to whip until stiff peaks form.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  • Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
