Espresso Honey Panna
Ingredients
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
1-2 tsp of very fine espresso powder (I use Cafe Mauro)
½ cup of honey
1 tsp of vanilla bean powder
Pinch of cinnamon
1-3 tbsp of pure maple syrup
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
Use a hand mixer to whip until stiff peaks form.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
