Sea Salt Maple Panna
Ingredients
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
½ cup pure maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon maple butter
Generous pinch of Maldon Sea Salt
Splash of vanilla bourbon syrup
Cocoa powder (for finishing)
Method
In a mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream, maple syrup, maple butter, sea salt, and vanilla bourbon syrup.
Using a hand mixer, whip until the mixture becomes smooth, airy, and forms soft to medium peaks.
Spoon or pipe as desired.
Finish with a light dusting of cocoa powder.
