Sea Salt Maple Panna

Ingredients

  • 1 pint of heavy whipping cream

  • ½ cup pure maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon maple butter

  • Generous pinch of Maldon Sea Salt

  • Splash of vanilla bourbon syrup

  • Cocoa powder (for finishing)

Method

  • In a mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream, maple syrup, maple butter, sea salt, and vanilla bourbon syrup.

  • Using a hand mixer, whip until the mixture becomes smooth, airy, and forms soft to medium peaks.

  • Spoon or pipe as desired.

  • Finish with a light dusting of cocoa powder.
